Refund Policy – The Targeted Test Approach

At The Targeted Test Approach, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality SAT test prep and admissions essay coaching to help students reach their academic goals. Our programs provide personalized instruction and proven strategies to maximize success. Given the structured nature of our services and the commitment required, we have outlined the following refund policy to ensure transparency and fairness while safeguarding our business operations.

1. General Refund Policy

• All payments are final.

Once a student is enrolled, payments are non-refundable to maintain program availability and instructor commitments.

• Refunds are not provided for missed sessions or unused tutoring hours. However, rescheduling may be available under our Rescheduling & Make-Up Policy (see below).

2. Refund Eligibility

A partial refund ay be considered under specific circumstances:

• If a written request is submitted within 48 hours of purchase, and no sessions have been attended. A processing fee of [5]%
will be deducted.

• If a cancellation request is made before the program start date, a credit for future services may be issued instead of a refund.

• In the case of extenuating circumstances (e.g., medical emergencies, relocation), refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis
at our discretion.

3. Rescheduling & Make-Up Policy

• Students may reschedule a session with at least 24 hours' notice, subject to tutor availability.

• No-shows or last-minute cancellations (less than 24 hours' notice) will result in forfeiture of the session with no refund.

• Group classes cannot be rescheduled, but alternative materials or recordings may be provided when available.

4. Program Cancellation by The Targeted Test Approach

In the rare event that we cancel a session or program, students will receive either:

1️⃣ A rescheduled session at no additional cost,

OR

2️⃣ A full credit applicable toward future services.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

• Clients who initiate a chargeback without following the refund policy will be responsible for any fees incurred.

• We reserve the right to deny future services to clients who engage in fraudulent or abusive refund claims.

6. Agreement to Policy
